The 90 m² home accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms, each with a double bed for two. Four bathrooms each have a toilet, hot and cold water, and a shower. There is an outside entrance to a bedroom, a dining room, a kitchen and a kitchenette with hot and cold water. The house was built in 2014 and refurbished in 2023. It is fully air-conditioned, insulated for year-round use and equipped with electric heating.
The kitchen equipment includes a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, wireless internet, satellite TV and hairdryer are available. There is one cot and one high chair.
The private fenced garden covers 1,000 m² and includes garden furniture, six sun loungers, a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower. The terrace/porch has sea views. The private 50 m² outdoor pool opens from April through the end of October. Free on-site parking accommodates three vehicles.
