The house is in the mountain village of Les Aldudes in the Aldudes Valley, near the Spanish border. A river with a waterfall runs alongside the house, and the balcony offers a place to enjoy the surroundings. Built in 1839 and refurbished in 2020, the house has exposed beams and year-round insulation.
The accommodation has six bedrooms and two shower bathrooms, plus a separate toilet. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 have double-bed sleeping arrangements for two people each; bedrooms 4 and 6 have single-bed sleeping arrangements for one person each. The kitchen/diner has hot and cold water, a four-hob gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher.
