The house

The furnished home has a light-filled living area with expansive glazing connecting it to the terrace and garden. Dining and lounge areas flow together, and the outdoor spaces include a porch, garden furniture, a brick barbecue and an outdoor shower. The private outdoor swimming pool measures 60 m² and is open all year. No sun loungers are provided.

The six bedrooms offer a mixture of single beds, double beds and a bunk bed. All three bathrooms have showers and hot and cold water; bathrooms 1 and 2 also have toilets. Three cots and three high chairs are available.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Other facilities include a washing machine, wireless internet, air conditioning, a heat pump, one Smart TV and a hairdryer. The home is insulated for year-round use.

The concrete-built home was constructed and refurbished in 2007. It is in the front row from the beach, with a sandy beach 70 m away. Alcanar is 1 km away, as are shopping and the nearest restaurant. The southern Costa Dorada and nearby Ebro Delta offer opportunities for birdwatching, cycling and nature walks. CDT airport is 51 km away; a golf course is 15 km away, tennis and padel courts are 11 km away, and a water park is 85 km away.
