The house was renovated in 2012 and has four bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room has a wood-burning stove, television and high chair. A 25 m² conservatory has a bioethanol fireplace, wooden flooring and an additional sleeping arrangement. The kitchen has light-coloured cabinetry, a half-height wall towards the living room, tiled flooring and skylights, with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, indoor whirlpool bath and sauna. A cot and German television are available. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.
The sheltered 3,844 m² garden has terraces, a large lawn for ball games, a pétanque/beach-volleyball court, an in-ground trampoline, sandbox and swings. Table football, a garden barbecue and a gas barbecue are available. There is a garage with an enclosed dog run. Paths lead to the bathing beach and marina.
