What is included in the price?
Rent and Security insurance are included. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately; see the utility-deposit arrangements. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides cover before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, including cancellation up to arrival, subject to the full Security insurance coverage terms.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when must I leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day. The home must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions appear in the property notes or rental voucher.
