## About the house

The holiday home accommodates five people plus one child up to three years old. It has three bedrooms and five beds, with one cot and two high chairs available. Built in 1981 and renovated in 2012, the home has an energy-saving heat pump, underfloor heating throughout and a wood-burning stove. There are two toilets.

The kitchen equipment includes an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer with 20 litres of capacity. A washing machine is available; there is no tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included.

The home stands on a 2,100 m² unfenced natural site with an outdoor shower and barbecue. The sea is 100 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 2,000 m away. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam cabin, wilderness tub, solarium or indoor sauna. There is no activity room, playground equipment or charging station.

Security insurance is included in the rent, with coverage subject to its terms.
