What is included in the price?
Security insurance is included. Utilities (electricity, water and heating) are billed separately. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides cover before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, subject to its full coverage terms.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Key-collection information is provided with the rental voucher, in the holiday guest login and in the welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection is from 16:00 on arrival day, and the house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions are provided in the holiday-home notes or rental voucher.
