## About the house

The 70 m² holiday home was built in 2004 and has three bedrooms, six beds and one toilet. Heating includes an energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump and one wood-burning stove.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer with 50 litres of capacity. A washing machine is available; there is no tumble dryer. The home has included Wi-Fi and one television with streaming.

The house stands on a 1,200 m² unfenced garden plot with a covered terrace and a tool shed. Parking is available beside the house, together with a Type 2 electric-car charging socket rated at 11 kW. The terrace is not fenced.

There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, wilderness tub or solarium. There is no activity room or playground equipment. Neither the home nor the plot has a sea or inlet view.

Pets are not allowed. Youth groups aged 15–25 are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a minimum fee of EUR 420. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge. Security insurance is included at no extra cost.

## When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection is from 16:00 on arrival day, and the house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions are provided in the holiday-home notes or rental voucher.
