## About the house

The holiday home accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms and six beds. Built in 1978 and partially renovated in 2013, it has an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, a wood-burning stove and one toilet.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and a freezer with a capacity of 60 litres. There is no microwave or tumble dryer. A washing machine and included Wi-Fi are available. Entertainment includes one television with more than three Danish and more than three German channels, one Apple TV and one Chromecast.

The house stands on a 1,400 m² garden plot with an open terrace, a covered terrace, a fire pit and a barbecue. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. Parking is available at the house, along with a Type 2 electric-car charging socket rated at 11 kW. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, wilderness tub or solarium.

The sea is 570 m away, a bathing jetty is available nearby, and the nearest shop is 2,600 m away. Neither the house nor the grounds has a sea or inlet view. Up to two pets are permitted for a fee per animal. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
