What is included in the price?
Rent and Security insurance are included. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides cover before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, including cancellation up to arrival, subject to the full insurance terms.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Key-collection instructions are provided with the rental voucher, in the holiday guest login and in the welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00. Vacate the home by 10:00 on departure day. Exceptions may appear in the holiday-home notes or rental voucher.
