## About the house

Built in 1995, the holiday home has three bedrooms, six beds and one toilet. Heating facilities include an energy-saving heat pump and a wood-burning stove.

The kitchen equipment includes an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and a freezer with 10 litres of capacity. A washing machine is available; there is no tumble dryer or microwave oven. Wi-Fi is included. Television channels include more than three Danish channels and one to three channels each in English, Norwegian, Swedish and German.

The house stands on a 1,286 m² natural site with a 50 m² terrace, an additional 10 m² covered terrace, a tool shed and parking beside the house. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. There is no sea or inlet view from the home or grounds. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, sauna or Jacuzzi.

The sea is 150 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 3,000 m away. Utilities are charged separately, and final cleaning is available for an additional charge.

Key collection starts at 16:00. Vacate the home by 10:00 on departure day. Exceptions may appear in the holiday-home notes or rental voucher.
