## About the house

Built in 2022, the holiday home has three bedrooms and eight beds. Heating is provided by an energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump and underfloor heating throughout. A cot and a high chair are available.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and a freezer with 70 litres of capacity; there is no microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The home has one toilet and a Jacuzzi. Wi-Fi is included.

The 724 m² garden plot is fenced. There are open and covered terraces, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. The terrace itself is not fenced. Parking is available beside the house, along with an 11 kW Type 2 electric-car charging socket.

The sea is 350 m away and a bathing jetty is available nearby. The nearest shop is 7,800 m away and a golf course is 6,500 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the home or grounds. One pet is permitted for a fee per animal. Utilities are billed separately, and final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
