House rules
Pets are not permitted. The house is not rented to youth groups in the interest of peace and quiet. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh and water at 105 DKK/m³. A security deposit applies. Optional extras payable at the property if used are a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 220 DKK, a baby/child cot at 220 DKK and protection insurance from 491 DKK. Final cleaning is included. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 and checkout is 08:00–10:00. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental period starts; from 34 days before arrival, including no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras are refunded in full on cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

Ulvshale Strand, a sandy beach described as suitable for children, is approximately 3 km away. Coastal fishing is 500 m away, the nearest restaurant is 6 km away and shopping is 6.5 km away. Nyord town is 2 km away and Stege is 9 km away. A small reed-covered pond is on the grounds.
