The secluded house stands on a 1,483 m² natural plot with a small reed-covered pond where moorhens breed. Renovated in 2015, it has a wraparound wooden terrace, garden furniture and a small outdoor kitchen.

A bedroom with a double bed connects via a hallway to a bright living room with a dining table, double sofa bed and large windows overlooking the grounds. An adjoining smaller living room has an alcove with a double bed, a wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump. Wild blueberries can be picked outside in summer.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker and dishwasher. A pantry provides an additional refrigerator with a small freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. Electric heating is also available. Wi-Fi, travel support and final cleaning are included.

The surrounding area offers walking, cycling, kayaking and fishing. Ulvshale Strand is approximately 3 km away, Nyord town is 2 km away and Stege is 9 km away.

Pets are not permitted. The house is not rented to youth groups in the interest of peace and quiet. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh and water at 105 DKK/m³. A security deposit applies. Optional extras payable at the property if used are a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 220 DKK, a baby/child cot at 220 DKK and protection insurance from 491 DKK. Final cleaning is included. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 and checkout is 08:00–10:00. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental period starts; from 34 days before arrival, including no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras are refunded in full on cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
