What is included in the price?
Security insurance is included in the rent. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, up to one pet is allowed for a fee per animal.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides coverage before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, subject to the full insurance terms.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Collection information is provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day, and the home must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Exceptions may appear in the property notes or rental voucher.
