## About the house

Built in 2014, the home has three bedrooms and six beds, with space for six guests plus one child up to three years old. Two beds are suitable only for children aged 4–11. A cot and high chair are provided. There are two toilets and a Jacuzzi. Heating is provided by an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.

The cooking facilities include an oven, cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a 60-litre freezer. A washing machine, included Wi-Fi, one television with 1–3 Danish and 1–3 German channels, and Chromecast are available.

The 722 m² natural plot has open and covered terraces, a barbecue, swing and sandbox. The plot and terrace are not fenced. Parking is available at the home. A playground is 500 m away, and the nearest grocery shop is 8,300 m away. Neither the home nor the plot has a sea or inlet view. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool. One pet is permitted for an additional fee.
