## About the house

The holiday home accommodates six people plus one child up to three years old, with three bedrooms and six beds. Built in 2000 and renovated in 2014, it has an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. One toilet, one cot and one high chair are provided.

The kitchen facilities include an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a 90-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Wi-Fi is included. Wellness facilities include a Jacuzzi and indoor sauna; there is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool.

The house stands on a 900 m² garden plot with a terrace, covered terrace, fenced terrace and barbecue. The garden area is not fenced. Outdoor play equipment includes a swing, sandbox and trampoline. Parking is available beside the house; there is no charging station. Neither the house nor the grounds has a sea or inlet view. The nearest shop is 5,000 m away.

One pet is permitted for a fee. Utilities are billed separately, and final cleaning can be added for an extra charge. The house is not wheelchair accessible.
