Optional protection insurance starts at 468 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental period begins. From 34 days before arrival through arrival day, later cancellation or a no-show incurs 100% of the rental amount plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and a high chair are refunded in full when the renter cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
