House rules
The holiday home is not rented to youth groups, to preserve peace and quiet. A maximum of two pets is permitted. Electricity is charged separately at 4 DKK/kWh. Water consumption, internet, travel support and final cleaning are included. Optional services payable at the holiday home if used include insurance from 481 DKK, a high chair for 110 DKK and a baby/child cot for 110 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental begins. From 34 days before arrival through arrival day, after arrival or in the event of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and a high chair are refunded in full if the guest cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

The coast and bathing beach are 250 m away. Restaurants and shopping are 7 km away; the bus stop is 5 km away.
