## About the house

The holiday home accommodates seven people plus one child up to three years old. Built in 1996 and partially renovated in 2006, it has three bedrooms, seven beds, one toilet, an energy-saving heat pump and a wood-burning stove. One cot and one high chair are available.

The kitchen includes an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a freezer with 70 litres of capacity. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available, and Wi-Fi is included.

The 1,265 m² natural plot is fenced and has a 50 m² uncovered terrace, tool shed, swing, sandbox, fire place and barbecue. The terrace itself is not fenced. Parking is available at the house. The sea is 1,000 m away and the nearest shop is 2,000 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the house or plot.

There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam cabin, wilderness tub, solarium or indoor sauna, and no free water-park access. There is no activity room or charging station. The home is not wheelchair accessible.

Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a minimum fee of EUR 420. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Final cleaning is optional for an extra charge.

## How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Key-collection information is provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.

## Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Wi-Fi is included.

## When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection is available from 16:00 on arrival, and the house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure. Exceptions may appear in the property notes or rental voucher.
