House rules
Pets are not allowed. Youth groups aged 15–25 are not allowed. There is no smoking ban. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Final cleaning is optional for an extra charge. Security insurance is included in the rent.

The sea is 600 m away and groceries are 2,000 m away. The grounds and terrace are unfenced. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
