House rules
Smoking and pets are not permitted. The house is not rented to youth groups or work groups. Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh and water at 85 DKK/m³. Optional services payable at the property if used include protection insurance from 728 DKK, final cleaning at 1,472 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK and a baby/child cot at 110 DKK. A pool and fitness centre service is offered for 350 DKK. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 and check-out is 08:00–10:00. Cancellation charges are 10% of rent up to 42 days before arrival, 40% from 42 to 28 days before arrival, 90% from 28 days before arrival until arrival day, and the full rent on arrival day or later.
