What is included in the price?
Rent and Security insurance are included. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately through the utility deposit arrangements. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
Up to one pet is allowed for a fee per animal.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides coverage before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, including cancellation up to arrival, subject to the full insurance terms and coverage.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Collection instructions are provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 and the house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Exceptions may appear in the house notes or rental voucher.
