## About the house

The holiday home accommodates six people plus one child up to three years old. Built in 1974 and partially renovated in 2022, it has three bedrooms, six beds and one toilet. A cot and high chair are available.

Inside are an energy-saving heat pump, a wood-burning stove and a washing machine. The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a freezer with 60 litres of capacity. There is no tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included.

Outside, the 50 m² terrace includes 7 m² of covered space. The natural grounds have a swing, sandbox, slide, football goal, fire place, barbecue and tool shed. A garage and parking by the house are available, along with an 11 kW electric-car charging connection. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. There is no activity room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, wilderness tub or solarium. Neither the house nor the grounds has a sea or inlet view.

Up to one pet is allowed for a fee per animal. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Security insurance is included in the rent.
