## About the house

The house was built in 1963 and partially renovated in 2015. It has six beds across three bedrooms and one toilet. Heating includes an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump, underfloor heating in all tiled floors and a wood-burning stove. A combined washer-dryer and one high chair are available.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a freezer with 100 litres of capacity. Wi-Fi is included, with streaming and Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German television channels available.

The house occupies a 2,568 m² natural plot with a terrace, covered terrace, outdoor fireplace and barbecue. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. Parking is available beside the house; there is no charging station. The home and grounds have no sea or inlet view. The sea is 500 m away and the nearest shop is 4,500 m away.

Up to two pets are permitted for a fee per animal. The house is not wheelchair accessible. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, wilderness tub, steam cabin, indoor sauna or solarium.
