The house

The holiday home accommodates six people plus one child up to three years old. It has three bedrooms, six beds and one toilet. Built in 1964 and partially renovated in 2004, it has an energy-saving heat pump and one wood-burning stove. One cot and one high chair are available.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer with a 60-litre capacity. Wi-Fi is included. A television receives more than three Danish and more than three German channels. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer.

The natural grounds include a tool shed and parking by the house. The site is not fenced. The sea is 600 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 1,000 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the home or grounds. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin or wilderness tub.

Up to two pets are permitted for a fee per animal. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately, and final cleaning can be added for an extra charge. Security insurance is included in the rent.
