Can I bring pets?
Yes, up to two pets are allowed for a fee per animal.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Collection instructions are provided with your rental documents and welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00, and the home must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions are provided in the property notes or rental voucher.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides cover before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, subject to the insurance terms and full coverage conditions.
