## About the house

The holiday home was built in 1986 and has three bedrooms and six beds. It occupies a 1,080 m² dune site with a 63 m² terrace and a separate 10 m² covered terrace. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. There is a sea/inlet view from the site, but not from inside the home.

Facilities include an energy-saving heat pump, a wood-burning stove, an indoor sauna and a washing machine. The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and a freezer with a capacity of 10 litres. There is no microwave or tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included, and an electric-car charging plug is available. There is one toilet.

The sea is 300 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 500 m away. Up to two pets are permitted for a fee per animal. Utilities are billed separately.
