No, pets are not allowed.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Collection information is provided with your arrival documents.
Is there internet or Wi-Fi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection is from 16:00 on arrival day, and the house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions are provided in the property notes or rental voucher.
What are the cancellation rules?
Security insurance is included in the rent and provides cover before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, subject to its full coverage terms.
