## About the house

The holiday home has three bedrooms and six beds. Built in 1969 and partially renovated in 2019, it has an energy-saving heat pump and one toilet. One high chair is available.

The 998 m² dune plot includes a tool shed and a 36 m² terrace, of which 20 m² is enclosed. The terrace is not roofed, and the plot is not fenced. There is no sea or inlet view from the house or plot.

Kitchen appliances include an oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking plates and a freezer with a capacity of 60 litres. There is no dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included. There is no swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, wilderness tub or solarium.

The sea is 200 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 700 m away. Parking and an electric-vehicle charging station are unavailable.
