Built in 2006, the holiday home accommodates up to eight guests and has three bedrooms including annex sleeping accommodation. The living room has a wood-burning stove, radio, DVD player and television with Danish TV. The main-house bedroom has a double bed and cot. The two annex sleeping areas include bunk sleeping places and a double sleeping arrangement in one, and a double bed in the other.
The kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.
The house stands on a 1,200 m² natural plot with trees and has a garden, sun terrace, covered terrace and barbecue. Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, sauna and shower. There is a carport, a Type 2 Mennekes electric-vehicle charger and a smart lock.
