Built in 2006, the holiday home accommodates up to eight guests and has three bedrooms including annex sleeping accommodation. The living room has a wood-burning stove, radio, DVD player and television with Danish TV. The main-house bedroom has a double bed and cot. The two annex sleeping areas include bunk sleeping places and a double sleeping arrangement in one, and a double bed in the other.

The kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.

The house stands on a 1,200 m² natural plot with trees and has a garden, sun terrace, covered terrace and barbecue. Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, sauna and shower. There is a carport, a Type 2 Mennekes electric-vehicle charger and a smart lock.

The coast and bathing beach are 6 km away. Shopping and a restaurant are 3 km away. Wi-Fi is included.

Optional extra services payable at the property if used are final cleaning at 1,218 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK and a baby/child cot at 110 DKK. Optional protection insurance starts at 412 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental begins; from 34 days before arrival through arrival day, later cancellation or no-show incurs 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full when the rental is cancelled. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
