What is included in the price?
The rent and Security insurance are included. Utilities (electricity, water and heating) are billed separately. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides cover before and during the stay for qualifying unforeseen situations, including cancellation up to arrival, subject to its full coverage terms.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Key-collection information is provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Keys can be collected from 16:00 on arrival day. Vacate the house by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions are provided in the house notes or rental voucher.
