## About the house

The holiday home accommodates six people plus one child up to three years old. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, six beds and two toilets. A cot and a high chair are provided.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer with 50 litres of capacity. The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, wood-burning stove and energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Wi-Fi is included. Wellness facilities include a whirlpool and an indoor sauna; there is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool.

The house stands on a 1,241 m² natural site with a 150 m² terrace and a further 30 m² covered terrace. There is a swing, sandbox, carport and parking by the house. The site and terrace are not fenced.

The inlet is 600 m away, the sea is 13,500 m away and the nearest shop is 500 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the house or grounds.

## When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Keys can be collected from 16:00 on arrival day. Vacate the house by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions are provided in the house notes or rental voucher.
