The holiday home has three bedrooms and six beds, a kitchen-dining area and a living room. Built in 1976 and partially renovated in 2010, it has an energy-saving heat pump, one wood-burning stove and one toilet. Appliances include an oven, a freezer with a 10-litre capacity, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. One high chair is available.
The house stands on a 1,600 m² plot with a 35 m² terrace, a separate 12 m² covered terrace and a tool shed. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. Parking is available by the house, together with a Type 2 electric-car charging socket rated at 11 kW. Internet is available.
The sea is 1,200 m away, the inlet is 450 m away and the nearest shop is 400 m away. One pet is permitted. Smoking is prohibited, and consumption costs are not included.
