## About the house

The holiday home has three bedrooms and six beds. Built in 1977 and partially renovated in 2006, it has an energy-saving heat pump, a wood-burning stove, a whirlpool and an indoor sauna. One toilet is provided.

The kitchen includes an oven, cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator and a freezer with 30-litre capacity; there is no dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Wi-Fi is included, and the television offers more than three Danish and more than three German channels. A cot and high chair are provided.

Outside are a 69 m² terrace, an 18 m² covered terrace, a swing and a sandbox. The site and terrace are not fenced. There are sea/inlet views from the grounds, but not from inside the home. The sea is 700 m away, the inlet is 200 m away and the nearest shop is 3,500 m away. There is no parking or swimming pool.

One pet is permitted for a fee. Utilities are charged separately, and final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.

Up to one pet is allowed for a fee per animal. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Final cleaning is optional for an extra charge.

## When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day. Vacate the home by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions appear in the property notes or rental voucher.
