## About the house

The holiday home accommodates six people in two bedrooms; two beds are suitable only for children aged 4–11. Built in 1977 and partially renovated in 2004, it stands on a 2,300 m² natural site with a 32 m² uncovered, unfenced terrace. The grounds are not fenced. There is one toilet.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator and a 60-litre freezer. There is no dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included, and TV offers more than three Danish and more than three German channels. There is no streaming service, wood stove, activity room or playground equipment.

Parking is available beside the house; there is no charging station. The sea is 300 m away, the inlet 2,200 m away, the nearest shop 2,300 m away and a golf course 3,000 m away. Neither the house nor the site has a sea or inlet view. The home is not wheelchair accessible.

There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, wilderness tub or solarium, and no free water-park access. Pets and youth groups aged 15–25 are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Utilities are charged separately, and final cleaning is available for an extra charge.

Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day. Vacate the home by 10:00 on departure day. Exceptions may appear in the holiday-home notes or rental voucher.
