The holiday home accommodates seven people plus one child up to three years old. Built in 1930 and partially renovated in 2012, it has four bedrooms, seven beds and two toilets. A cot and high chair are available.

The house has an energy-saving heat pump and one wood-burning stove. Cooking facilities include an oven, cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a freezer with 10 litres of capacity. A washing machine, tumble dryer and included Wi-Fi are available.

The 631 m² natural plot has a 33 m² uncovered terrace, barbecue, tool shed and shelter. The plot and terrace are not fenced. Parking is available by the house. The sea is 800 m away and the nearest shop is 400 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the house or plot.

There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam cabin, wilderness tub, solarium or indoor sauna. The property is not wheelchair accessible and has no charging station. Utilities are billed separately; final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
