What is included in the price?
Rent and Security insurance are included. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately through the utility deposit arrangements. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, up to two pets are allowed for a fee per animal.
What are the cancellation rules?
Included Security insurance provides coverage before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, including cancellation up to arrival subject to the full insurance coverage terms.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the house. Collection information is provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.
Is there internet / WiFi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day. The house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions appear in the house notes or rental voucher.
