## About the house

The holiday home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with six beds. Built in 1973 and partially renovated in 1986, it has an energy-saving heat pump and one wood-burning stove. There is one toilet.

The kitchen facilities include an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a freezer with 45 litres of capacity. A washing machine is available; there is no tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included, and one television receives more than three Danish and more than three German channels.

Outside are a 20 m² terrace, an 8 m² covered terrace, a tool shed and parking by the house. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. There are sea/inlet views from both the home and the site. The nearest grocery shop is 3,000 m away.

There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool at the property. Free access to Blokhus Badeland water park is offered. There is no jacuzzi, steam cabin, wilderness tub, solarium or indoor sauna. The house has no activity room, playground equipment or vehicle charging station.

Up to two pets are permitted for a fee per animal. Utilities are charged separately, and final cleaning can be added for an extra charge. Smoking is prohibited.

## When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day. The house must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions appear in the house notes or rental voucher.
