The holiday home accommodates eight people plus one child up to three years old. It has four bedrooms, eight beds and two toilets. Built in 1975 and partially renovated in 2007, it has two energy-saving heat pumps, one of them in the annex, and a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen includes an oven, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer with 40 litres of capacity. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. There is an indoor sauna, and free water-park access is offered at Blokhus Badeland. There is no on-property indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool.
The 1,856 m² dune site has a 65 m² terrace, a tool shed, a swing, a sandbox and parking beside the home. The site and terrace are not fenced, and the terrace is not roofed. One cot and one high chair are provided. The sea is 150 m away and the nearest shop is 3,000 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the home or site.
