The holiday home has three bedrooms, six beds and one toilet. Built in 1987 and partially renovated in 2019, it has an energy-saving heat pump, a wood-burning stove and a high chair. The kitchen includes an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and an 80-litre freezer. A washing machine is available; there is no tumble dryer.
The house occupies a fenced 1,400 m² natural site with an 80 m² terrace and an additional 8 m² covered terrace. The terrace itself is not fenced. Outdoor facilities include a tool shed, swing, sandbox, slide, fire place and outdoor shower. Parking and an electric-car charging plug are available at the house.
Internet, streaming and TV with more than three Danish and more than three German channels are available. There is no swimming pool, jacuzzi, wilderness tub, steam cabin, solarium or indoor sauna. The house and grounds have no sea or inlet view. The nearest grocery shop is 5,000 m away.
