The holiday home has two bedrooms, four beds and one toilet. Built in 1980 and partially renovated in 2005, it includes a wood-burning stove and one high chair.
The kitchen includes an oven, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer with 60 litres of capacity. A washing machine is provided; there is no tumble dryer. Internet is available, and the television receives more than three Danish and more than three German channels.
The house stands on an 859 m² natural plot with sea/inlet views from both the house and grounds. Outdoor facilities include a 35 m² terrace, an additional 10 m² covered terrace, a tool shed and parking beside the house. The grounds and terrace are not fenced.
The nearest grocery shop is 5,000 m away and a golf course is 7,000 m away. Up to two pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited, and consumption charges are not included. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, wilderness tub, steam cabin, solarium or indoor sauna.
