## About the house

Built in 1988, the holiday home has three bedrooms, six beds and one toilet. Heating facilities include an energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump and one wood-burning stove.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and a freezer with 10 litres of capacity; there is no microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Wi-Fi is included, and there is one TV with Chromecast.

The house stands on a 3,430 m² natural site with sea/inlet views from both the house and grounds. Outdoor facilities include a terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, tool shed and parking by the house. The grounds and terrace are not fenced. The nearest shop is 400 m away. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, wilderness tub, steam cabin, solarium or indoor sauna. There is no playground equipment, activity room or charging station. The house is not wheelchair accessible.

Up to two pets are welcome for a fee per animal. Utilities are billed separately, and final cleaning can be added for an extra charge. Youth groups aged 15–25 are not allowed.
