Built in 2008, the holiday home accommodates 10 people plus one child up to 3 years old. It has four bedrooms, 10 beds and two toilets. A cot and a high chair are available.

Parking is available at the house, along with a Type 2 electric-car charging socket rated at 11 kW. The sea is 500 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 1,500 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the house or plot.
