House rules
Smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is 15:00–17:00 and check-out is 08:00–10:00. Heating, water consumption, internet, travel support and final cleaning are included. Electricity costs 3.74 DKK/kWh extra. Optional services, payable at the holiday home if used, are safety insurance from 348 DKK, barbecue grate 50 DKK, cot 100 DKK, high chair 100 DKK, handcart 175 DKK, bed linen 155 DKK and delivery 175 DKK. Cancellation is free until 42 days before the rental begins. From 41 days before arrival, including arrival day, later cancellation and no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and a high chair are refunded in full when the renter cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
Getting there
The coast and bathing beach are 6 km away; shopping is 1 km away. Bork and Skaven Strand are within driving distance, and Bork Havn can be reached by bicycle.
