What is included in the price?
Rent and Security insurance are included. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately through the utility deposit. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
What are the cancellation rules?
The included Security insurance provides cover before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, subject to its full coverage terms.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the property. Collection instructions are provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive and when must I leave?
Key collection is available from 16:00 on arrival day. Vacate the home by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions appear in the property notes or rental voucher.
