The apartment accommodates four people in one bedroom and other sleeping accommodation; two of the four beds are suitable only for children aged 4–11. It was formerly part of Pension Udsigten and was partially renovated in 2007. Tiled floors have underfloor heating.
The apartment is on a 2,000 m² natural site and has a 10 m² terrace. The site and terrace are not fenced, and the terrace is not roofed. Parking is available beside the holiday home. The sea is 75 m away and the nearest grocery shop is 200 m away. There is no sea or inlet view from the apartment or site.
Kitchen facilities include an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and an 8-litre freezer; there is no microwave. A washing machine, tumble dryer and indoor sauna are available. There is one toilet. Internet and television with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German channels are available. There is no swimming pool.
One pet is allowed. Smoking is prohibited, and consumption charges are not included.
