What is included in the price?
Rent and Security insurance are included. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately; see the utility-deposit arrangements. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
What are the cancellation rules?
Security insurance is included in the rent and provides coverage before and during the stay for unforeseen situations, subject to the full insurance terms and coverage.
How do I get access to the house?
The key is in a key box at the property. Key-collection instructions are provided in the rental voucher, holiday guest login and welcome email.
Is there internet / Wi-Fi in the house?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
When can I arrive, and when do I have to leave?
Key collection starts at 16:00 on arrival day, and the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Any exceptions appear in the property notes or rental voucher.
