## About the house

The 75 m² apartment occupies two levels in a building dating from 1890, partially renovated in 2018. It has three bedrooms, six beds and one bathroom on the ground floor.

Outdoor space includes a 35 m² terrace, access to a balcony and a tool shed. The terrace is neither roofed nor fenced, and the grounds are not fenced. There is no sea or inlet view from the apartment or grounds.

The kitchen has an oven, cooking plates, refrigerator and dishwasher, but no freezer or microwave. Wi-Fi is included. There is no washing machine, tumble dryer, wood stove, activity room or playground equipment. There is no indoor, outdoor or shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, wilderness tub or solarium.

The nearest grocery shop and the sea are each 200 m away. Parking at the apartment is very limited; parking is also possible by the church outside the cemetery wall. There is no electric-vehicle charging station. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Utilities are billed separately. Final cleaning can be added for an extra charge. Pets and youth groups aged 15–25 are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited.
